Thanks to Garrett King, we've got that covered! Garrett contacted the Best Western Bar Harbour and was able to get a group block of rooms at a discounted rate, all reserved under the Berner HS 72 Reunion name. Best Western was able to block 5 double rooms (2 double beds) and 5 King rooms (King sized bed and pullout sofa) for Friday night and 6 doubles and 5 Kings for Saturday night. Due to advanced wedding bookings, they were not able to offer us any more than that.
Their normal rate for those rooms is $149 plus tax and they agreed to lower that rate to $125 + tax.

Garrett also arranged a similar deal with the Marriott Courtyard on Rte 110 in Farmingdale, near Republic Airport. They are holding 5 King rooms for Friday night and 10 King rooms for Saturday night.
They are lowering their usual $249 rate to $209 + tax. This deal expires on May 10th.
